The Hamilton Cat Club holds its annual show in July at the venue of the Tamahere Community Centre. 21 Devine Road, Tamahere

We attempt to have our show schedule available from early April to allow those wishing to show their cats enough time to get their entries in.

Our entries usually close about 2-3 weeks before the show so that we can complete the appropriate paperwork and get the catalogue printed.

We welcome all breeds recognised by the New Zealand Cat Fancy. Our show covers pedigree longhair and shorthair (cats and kittens, both entire or neuter/spey), and neuter/spey domestic and companion longhair/shorthair cats.

The rules for showing your cat can be found on the entry forms.

If you’d like to organise some cat-friendly accommodation, we have a list of local places to stay that will let you stay with your cats.

The show is open to the public between 10am and 3pm. Door charge applies. $10.00 adults, $5.00 children, Family pass $25-00 (2 adults / up to 3 children), under 3’s free.
