Deborah Cameron NSW Australia- I have been in the cat fancy for some decades now and am an All Breeds Judge with 20 years experience judging in Australia, as an international Judge and a Tutor for trainee judges. I showed and bred Persians of various varieties for many years and dabbled alongside my daughter with the smallest pedigree cat, the friendly Singapura. I have held various positions on different cat clubs, including state governing bodies, and provided expertise in writing government submissions regarding the Animal Companion Act. I have vast experience in running cat shows including National Cat shows in Australia, enjoying the aspect of collaboration and teamwork.
In my private life, I work in the disability and community engagement sector. It gives me pleasure to work with many different people and industries providing expertise, event management, and growing businesses to meet the individual needs of people with disability.
My passion is Judging cats of all breeds. I enjoy the banter with exhibitors along with handling many different breeds, their unique personalities, colours, patterns, and coat textures. Providing feedback on individual exhibits during and post Judging is great, sharing the many things I have learned along the way and continue to learn.
