Britte Busse

I bred Persians always mainly in the blue and brown tabby blotched varieties for 25 years, but stopped many years ago.

I lost my heart to a Manx girl some years ago and got a son from her five years ago – oh, time is running so fast.

“Tobi“ (Maikain Alvin Valiente – red tabby & white) is my soulmate; what a wonderful great boy with unbelievable sweet temperament. Followed by two BSH silver tabby girls (ns 24 64 and ns 22 03 64 – now 4 years) and a  boy (ns 24 64 – 1 year) – Lea, Padme & Sunny Her Majesty. So there are still are only Tabbies in my house.

After 20 years I start showing again from time to time. I still love this experience so much.

I like working in the garden very much and I am an absolute fan of really old Hollywood movies, reading special crimes from the islands of northern Germany. Meeting and having fun with my different friends around me is important for me, travelling and doing sight seeing with them is great.

I became a judge in category 1 – Persian, Exotic – in 2007, followed by category II – Semi-longhair –  and category IV – Siamese & Oriental – and then Allbreeds in 2014 after completing category III – all other shorthair breeds.

Since I had the opportunity to stop working with early retirement my life motto is enjoying my life, my cats and my fantastic hobby: cats, which are the best in the world.

Hamilton Cat Club is so pleased you can join us and visit New Zealand for the first time.
